Monster Game Collection

I found this over at Tech E Blog, this seems to be one major game collection! I don't know who it belongs to, but it looks like a very good representation, and the kind of collection I can only dream of. Though I'm not really sure how I should take it that Tech E Blog Singled out the Jaguar CD in the title. Check out the link for the eye candy:

The site is back online!

Sorry for the downtime, I am not totally sure what happened. I started my day by logging into my site, only to find the database was corrupt. It was fine last night when I went to bed. On further investigation, I found the file system was mounted as read-only. I fixed that, fixed the database, went back to the site, and the database was corrupt again. This would keep happening. I fix it, as soon as I access the site, it breaks again. So I rebooted the machine. As soon as it reboots, it forced a disk check. Somewhere during the night, the hard drive itself was corrupt. So I fixed that, and then mysql wouldn't start. Grrrr. Finally found a corrupt log file causing the problem, and we are back online. What a day.

The Atarian Atmosphere Jukebox Returns

Well, the Atarian Atmosphere may not have much in the way of content yet, but at least it has music! Announcing the return of the Atarian Atmosphere Jukebox. And it's better than ever! Thanks to newer web technologies, Real Player is no longer needed. Instead, it uses the much more common Flash player. There are now two versions as well, broadband and dialup! So far, I only have the Tempest 2000 soundtrack, but more music is on the way.

Go to the Jukebox now

An introduction to the Geeks's Landing Network

So, I guess I should talk a little bit about the Geek's Landing network, describe my vision of what I see this site becoming, and of course, introduce myself. So, I'll start with myself. My name is Brian Gudzevich. I've been on the web for many years. I have had websites for most of that time. Unfortunetly, I have had various interest levels in what I was doing, and my sites have gone through large gaps with no updates. This will change with the new Geek's Landing Network.
